After an amazing and productive year, the Valley Silhouettes celebrated their first anniversary as a chapter at Black ‘N Blue lounge and restaurant in December 2019. Brother Adam Jackson, the chapter Polemarch at the time, presented the Valley Silhouettes with commemorative certificates.
